LEED Consultant to Niagara University for Innovation credits.

Design Synergies provided LEED documentation and management services to Niagara University for three Innovation credits on their Gold-certified science facility.  The work included collecting documentation from furniture manufacturers to support the proposed credit for Low-Emitting Furniture.  The Green Cleaning credit required coordination with the University's maintenance staff and its cleaning contractor.  The Education & Outreach credit involved the development of informational displays for self-guided and student-led tours, and were created in collaboration with the University's own graphic design staff.  All three credits were successfully attained.
